Pools, swimming pools, sunbathing areas, snack bars, gardens, common roof gardens, machine rooms, laundry rooms, service rooms, maintenance storage rooms, as well as all spaces intended for general facilities and common services.brF. Residents and their visitors must use the common areas during the hours defined by the administration. It is prohibited to carry out activities that disturb the peace of other owners, guests, visitors, or residents.brG. Any person who engages in acts contrary to morality and good manners in common areas will be immediately expelled.brH. At any time of the day or night, it is strictly prohibited to use any device that generates excessive sound or noise that can be heard from one unit to another or in common areas, such as speakers, music systems, TVs, computers, or cell phone calls, which disturb the tranquillity of other residents. Headphones must be used at all times for these activities.brI. From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., voices should be regulated, and no noise that disrupts peaceful coexistence throughout the property will be allowed.brJ. Physical or verbal acts of violence are prohibited.brbrGYM USEbrbrA. The hours for gym use will be Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.brB. Access to this area and the use of gym equipment is exclusively for residents (Owners and Guests) and not for visitors.brC. Personal Hygiene: Before entering the gym, all users must wash their hands. This measure aims to promote a hygienic and healthy environment for all gym users.brD. Use of gym equipment is not allowed for minors under 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult.brE. Use of gym equipment is at the owner`s and/or guest`s own risk, who must take all necessary precautions for their safety.brG. Gym equipment cannot be used for activities other than those intended for each device; the owner and/or guest will be solely responsible for any possible injury.brH. Presence in the gym is limited to physical exercise; people not using this area for exercise are not allowed.brI. Appropriate Attire: Appropriate sports shoes are required in the gym. Sandals, flip-flops, crocs, or any footwear other than sports shoes are prohibited. Additionally, shoes must be clean and free of mud, sand, or other substances that may dirty or damage the equipment or facilities.brJ. Smoking or consuming food in this area is prohibited.brK. After using any equipment, it must be returned to its place. After using weights or any other equipment, users must return them to their corresponding place. This practice is essential for maintaining order and safety in the gym. Removing any equipment from the gym is prohibited.brP. Cleaning Equipment: After using any gym equipment, it is mandatory to clean it. Users must ensure to disinfect contact areas to maintain a safe and clean environment for the next user.brQ. If determined by the administration, a prior reservation may be required for access to the gym and the use of equipment.
