One of the only Beachfront Villas on the most sought after beach in Tulum!

We had an amazing time at Casa Chic! Property and staff are amazing, all up to your standards. I would love to gatekeep but this rental is top tier.

The property and house were excellent. Dealing with the owners and manager was a very pleasant experience. We also hired chef Antonio for our stay and can say nothing but good about his crew and the quality of the food. You owe yourself this vacation

We had the most relaxing vacation ever with the kids. The house was so secluded and dreamy we loved just being at the house chilling by the beach or pool side. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The house staff could not have been nicer. We will definitely be back. We went with the kids but it would also be the perfect house to go with a few couples.

We had the best trip. Barbara who oversees everything was a delight to work with; she assisted us every step of the way and made groceries, meals, activities, and transportation a breeze to coordinate. She also frequently checked-in to see if there was anything missing that we might need. The house is in a great location - we rented bikes from I-Bike Tulum and this made it convenient to peddle and explore all the area has to offer. Chef Antonio and his staff did a spectacular job with the food selection and menus. Roberto, Manuel, and Santiago kept the place immaculate and were never in our way. The pool and beach access were perfect; plenty of shade as well when we needed a break from the sun. Casa Chic felt like our own home; the layout and amenities were welcoming and comfortable. For guests traveling during this time of the year, be aware of the influx of seaweed. The staff cleared the beach area for us but the sheer amount of makes it next to impossible to stay on top of every day. Everyone as Casa Chic were top notch and customer service oriented. We enjoyed our stay, were sad to leave, but looking forward to visiting again.

We can’t rave enough about Casa Chic! Everything was perfect, the house, the view, the warm breeze and the phenomenal staff. The meals that Chef prepared for us were delectable and everyday was like being in paradise. We will be back!

This place is the real deal - offering all that you want in a beach vacation. The property is amazing, quiet and quaint. It is far enough away from the masses that you feel almost alone. The property owner was great to work with as was the host that lived in Tulum. The main star of the show is the head chef - Edwin. In reality, he was with us from 7a - 7p every single day. Forget about the amazing fresh food that he serves for all three meals, he was a great host, helped us with almost any recommendations that we needed and even assisted in getting us a doctor for an ear infection. Edwin really is the public relations for the entire stay and hopefully you get to experience his hospitality. The two main gentlemen that take care of the inside and outside of the house were also so amazing and diligent in their work. The only reason that I did not give the place a solid 5/5 stars is due to the sargassum that COMPLETELY blocks the beach and the horribly polluted beaches that runs along the entire length of Tulum. While it is not the property owners fault, it is worth explaining to customers that pay upwards of $25K plus for a week in paradise. Of course, when we wanted to play on the beach, the staff worked diligently to clear our portion of beach so we could make it to the water, but the tide was so full that we only could get into the water three times the entire 9 days we were there.

This property is beautiful. It has beautiful views. The people who work on the property were great! I would book again and again! The food cooked for us was amazing.

Casa Chic was the perfect choice for our family of 7 (ages 18-53). The home was beautiful, the beachfront location and setting were spectacular, the house staff and chef services were impeccable. The house was exactly as advertised. Everyone we came into contact with (from booking to checking in to the house staff and chefs) was professional, kind, and lovely. We felt pampered and relaxed. We also used the suggestions for van driver and masseuses and everyone was reliable and professional. One of our best family beach vacations ever!
