Playacar is divided into two phases. We live in Phase 1, which is very small and private in comparison to Phase 2. It is mostly single family houses except for one other condominium and one hotel, both of which are at the entrance to our neighborhood. brbrWe are about a 10 minute walk along the beach to 5th Avenue, locally known as La Quinta. There you will find hundreds of restaurants. They serve everything from tacos or ceviche to French cuisine. The atmospheres range from sand-in-your-toes to high-end, fine dining, and you can spend as little or as much as you want.
