Luxurious Villa - 16 guests - 15 mins downtown and beach.

This villa is incredible. The pictures do not lie. I went with 13 other friends for a bachelor party and we had an incredible time. AC, audio, and projector were all working great. Pool was the highlight by far — you can see into the pool via giant windows in the basement. The manager (Marce) was extremely responsive and helpful 100% of the time. If I’m in a large group heading to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Villa Toh was absolutely wonderful! The villa was a dream and exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos do not give it justice. Marce was wonderful to work with and she helped coordinate our airport transfers, our private chef night, groceries to have at the house before we checked in, transport to an amazing cenote (we loved Zapote) and so much more. The daily housekeeping throughout the stay was a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and very safe. We did need taxis to/from the fun downtown Playa Del Carmen area for dinners/beach clubs/nights out, but it was only about a 15 minute drive each way, and the taxis were easy to order through WhatsApp. All in all we had an amazing bachelorette party and this stunning villa made it the most magical trip!

Absolutely fantastic house with more space than you will ever know what to do with. It could easily fit 6 couples comfortably and privately. The downstairs setup is something to behold. Spending the day watching sports on a massive projector with a great sound system, pool table, and poker table was one of the highlights of our trip. The property is exactly how it looks in the photos, and pool/outdoor area is incredible. Great speakers outside with a nice grill setup for burgers/steaks/etc if you decide to stay in. I cannot recommend this place enough and Marci was incredibly helpful and transparent the entire way through
