We will need to replace them and additional charges may apply. br❑ If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.br❑ If you are locked out and require us to visit the property, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee increases to $150 after 5:30pm daily or before 9:30am and all day on weekends. This can be paid either through our booking platform or cash to the delivery person. Arrangements will only be made once payment is received.br❑ Lost keys or access swipes are subject to a $500 replacement charge. This is as the locks will need to be changed. br❑ We usually provide one set of keys to our studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Two sets of keys are usually provided to our three bedroom plus apartments and houses. If you have requested an extra set of keys, a deposit of $200 will be required. This deposit will be returned to you once you have returned all keys. Extra key requests can only be arranged a day before your check in time free of charge. Extra key requests placed on or after your check in will incur a delivery charge which is the same as section one Rule 7.brbrRULE 8: No unregistered guests allowed. br❑ No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation.
