If the noise persists, I will try to contact you first and resolve any issues with you. We absolutely love pets but due to hygienic and health reason/s, we are unable to accommodate them in my property. Violation of this rule will result an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the cleaning fee in your booking as the housekeepers will need to do extra work.brbrRULE 5: Please respect the noise curfew. br❑ Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am seven days a week. A noise complaint during these hours will result in eviction without refund. brbrRULE 6: Please report damages or left behind items.br❑ If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP. We will need to replace them and additional charges may apply. br❑ For left behind items, our housekeepers will bring them back to our warehouse and you can contact us to arrange item pick up from the warehouse for free until two weeks after your check out day. Items will not be kept in the warehouse longer than 2 weeks and we will donate all left behind items to charity shops after two weeks.br❑ If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time. This will be $30 + the postage cost. brbrRULE 7: Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.br❑ If you are locked out and require us to visit the property, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee increases to $150 after 5:30pm daily or before 9:30am and all day on weekends. This can be paid either through our booking platform or cash to the delivery person.
