    Views fantastic, accommodation good. Have rented through Stayz b4 and everything was perfect. This time Stayz had a Company called Coast Holiday Management looking after their listing. Firstly, we had to go to a grocery shop at least 1/2klm away or more, to pick up the keys. Secondly, we were unable to leave our luggage with the staff at Opus while we did this. Thirdly, the extra small print about construction next door should be emphasised. As there are at least 2 buildings in the immediate vacinity with construction noise, a lift that start at 6-6.30 a.m. week days & one weekend they worked Saturdays. The electric milk frother doesn't work, there are no decent salad bowls, there is no lettuce spinner for cleaning lettuce, the bread board is so small you have to cut meat/salads etc on a dinner plate, there is no can opener to open (beetroot) etc. A couple of collapsible recliners for the small verandah would be nice to actually rest in the sun privately instead of being on bar stools.(remove 1 of the 2 bar tables with bar stools to allow for this). One of the lamps in the second bedroom needs fixing blinks continually. The clothes dryer needs replacing or repair - unable to use due to noise level - would have complaints from neighbours. Vacuum cleaner (if you expect clients to try to clean) needs the revolving brushes removed and cleaned - it's not my job to do this?
