The living room offers a large L-shaped lounge and flows through to a spacious dining room. The main bedroom downstairs offers a Queen bed and ensuite with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level sleeps five guests with a queen and single bed, and a set of single bunks. A third bathroom/laundry (shower & toilet) adjoins this bedroom. The master suite upstairs offers a king bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink vanity.brbrThere is provision in the yard for off-street parking of multiple vehicles and/or a boat. A futon in the living area offers bedding for an additional two guests. The well appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and large 2 door fridge. A comfortable open plan dining and lounge area opens out on to the large rear deck to perfectly capture the stunning water views of Moreton Bay. The partially covered deck comes complete with a large outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, perfect for summer alfresco dining and entertaining. The property offers ceiling fans throughout for summer comfort and undercover parking for two vehicles. Please note that the driveway is not ideal for manoeuvring or parking a boat.brbrAmity Seaside is located near The Amity Tavern and is a short walk to the park, Amity General Store, Toompany Beach and all all other amenities. Amity Palms 1 is everything you see in Amity Palms 2 with the exception of the rear bungalow and is available for holiday letting during LOW season. So if your need is for only 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests in 1 x Queen bed & 2 x single (which can be converted into a king if needed) then you can save on your waterfront holiday. But if you require the extra Queen bed and/or 2 Single and a trundle bed in the bungalow then you still have the option during LOW season to include this with the main house for an extra fee.brbrDuring school holiday seasons the property is let only as a whole (house + bungalow) - see 'Amity Palms 2'.
