It has 3 large suites and 2 superior rooms, all with independent entrance from the outside.brOn the ground floor, the elegant entrance leads to a large and refined living area with a double-sided fireplace that ideally separates the TV area and reading or relaxation area, characterized by a large window overlooking the surrounding olive trees. Also on the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen.brbrAlso on the first floor there is the Quadrelli Suite, crowned with vaulted ceilings in Lecce stone and has a total surface of 260 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people and includes an elegant double bedroom with fireplace and a second double bedroom with bathroom private. In the large bathroom, attached to the main bedroom, a sumptuous circular bathtub is beautifully displayed. brEquipped with a large and exclusive terrace, overlooking the olive grove and the swimming pool, enriched by a colonnade, where you can leave to pleasant conversations and readings on comfortable sofas. The tones of the suite are warm red and gold in the main room and blue in the second bedroom, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.brbrThe first floor includes the superior room colors gold / blue, with stunning views over the spectacular swimming pool. It has an area of about 70 square meters, simple and elegant, with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and large veranda exclusive, equipped with gazebos and sofas. The tones of the room are fuchsia and cream, creating a 'refined and elegant.brThe farm is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning in every room, mini bar and satellite TV. brbrThe independent annexes are the trulli and garden suites.brThe 2 Trulli, immersed in the olive grove at a distance of about 50 m from the Masseria, are modeled on the ancient pajare Terra d'Otranto.brThese buildings, originally created with the technique of dry stone, were used by farmers in the Terra d'Otranto, today become comfortable homes to stay in close contact with nature. They have an area of about 70 square meters each and can accommodate up to 4 people. They are characterized by the presence of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, a large and bright double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a patio exclusive and private, covered and equipped with barbecue.
