We are really excited to be able to offer this magnificent Manor House as a luxury holiday let for large groups. Penally Manor is a grade 2 listed building and built circa 1840. The property is set in approx. 2 acres of characterful walled gardens, grottos and terraces in the village of Penally and has stunning 180 (degree) sea views looking towards Caldey Island. There is a long private drive leading to a large car park at the rear of the property which can easily accommodate 12 vehicles.brbrThe Manor has undergone extensive renovation of an exceedingly high standard retaining many wonderful original features including fireplaces, high ceilings with ornate roses and cornices and wood panelling.brbrOutside is a stunning orangery which would be the perfect place to hold a special dinning celebration. Indeed, we could even help to arranging caterers for you. This lovely large building has floor to ceiling windows and large chandeliers and is set on a large stone terrace overlooking the bay. Steps from this area lead you to a lower terrace with an endless swimming pool and hot tub. Here you can swim against the current whilst having the open sea in your sights.brbrIn the basement there is a bar with a 75”flat screen TV and games area with pool table and plenty of room to mingle with all the guests/family. The catering kitchen is on this level together with 2 bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms. There is also a children's games room on this level. brbrOn the ground floor is the large family double kitchen with two cooking areas and a large island underneath a stunning glass roof lantern.brbrThe 3 large reception rooms on this floor all have magnificent fireplaces, high ceilings and unique chandeliers with large windows to enjoy the wonderful sea views. These rooms can be adapted to your needs but are sumptuously furnished as library, dining room and living room with double doors out on to a central large terrace also overlooking the bay. Please note, the dining room will only seat 22 guests and there is a smaller breakfast room that is the perfect space to feed the children. brbrThe large hallway has a grand staircase leading to the first floor. On this floor can be found 4 large bedrooms, 2 with huge carved 4 poster beds. Two of the bedrooms have private ensuite facilities whilst the other two share a “Jack and Jill “shower room.brThe second floor is to be found in the eaves and bounds with character and exposed beams. Gwynne House - 6 Bed Holiday Home - Tenby Harbour

This beautiful newly decorated 200 year old Grade II listed building fits for the perfect getaway situated overlooking the Harbour in Tenby. Sleeping 12 people over 6 bedrooms and it being a stone’s throw from the beach Gwynne House makes for the perfect family holiday. Gwynne House is also the property that Mary Ann Evans aka George Eliot was inspired to write her first novel that was published in 1857. On entering Gwynne House, you are greeted by its high ceilings and original wooden floors. To the right of the hallway, you have a large light and airy dining room boasting views of the Harbour and North Beach. In the centre of the hallway, you will find a snug where you can store all your coats and shoes. Further through the snug you enter a large family bathroom with a roll top bath with handheld shower and a large walk-in shower offering a rainfall shower head and handheld shower head. This bathroom also offers a double sink, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. To the end of the hallway, you have the kitchen - this offers everything you would need to cook up a storm for you all to enjoy including a double oven, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. From the centre of the hallway, you find the stairs. With its roof window it allows the light to bounce through keeping the stairwell light and airy. On the first floor you will find the George Elliot room with a double bed, large flat screen smart TV, seating area and WC. On the second floor to the front of the property is the lounge. This is the perfect place to wind down after a busy day by either admiring the view over the Harbour and beach, using the binoculars to spot the wildlife or boats coming in or by kicking back on the velvet sofas and watching the 65inch flat screen smart TV. Across from the lounge you will find the John Gwynne suite. This boasts a superking bed, large flat screen smart TV, seating area and en-suite with shower. Making way up to the third floor you have the Caldey suite offering twin beds, large flat screen smart TV and en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. Across from the Caldey suite you have St. Catherine's suite. With a double bed situated so that you have views of the Harbour and out to sea whilst waking up in the morning or falling asleep, seating area in the window, large flat screen smart TV and an en-suite with a large walk-in shower, large sink and toilet. Making your way to the top floor within the eaves you will find two twin bedrooms. Both boast large flat screen smart TVs, have low lying beds and share a WC. In the front bedroom you can stand in the window to once again catch the amazing view that Gwynne House has to offer. Please note: Two well behaved dogs are welcome on request.

The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.brbrBy making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.brbrThese booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:brbrBooking means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.brContract of Hire The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the OwnerbrDeposit means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any extras selected at the time of booking).brBalance means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.brWebsite means the booking website.brLead Hirer means the person who has booked the accommodation.brGuest means you and each person staying in the property with you.brOwner means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.brAgent means Puffin Cottage Holidays.brProperty and Properties means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.brYou means the lead person making a booking through us.brWhen you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.brbr1. Contract and BookingbrWe act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.brbrBookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.brbrThe Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.brbrThe Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)brbrNo Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.brbrOnce a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.brbr2. Booking FeesbrA booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.brbr3. Deposits and Balance PaymentsbrBookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.brbrThe booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holidaybrbr4. Damage DepositsbrSome properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.brbr5. AvailabilitybrThe Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The booking fee will be non-refundable in these circumstances as we will have carried out our services for this to you at the point of booking.brbr6. Guest CancellationsbrIn the event of a cancellation from the lead Hirer, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation after payment of the balance every effort will be made to relet the property. If such reletting is possible the balance or that part thereof that is paid by another client and recouped via replacement booking will be repaid (less the deposit and booking fee).brbr7. Hirers' ResponsibilitiesbrThe lead Hirer will ensure that:brbrAll Guests act responsibly and carefully whilst at the Property and the Property is left clean, tidy and in the same state of repair and cleanliness that it was found in, for example crockery and cutlery is washed up and put back in cupboards and refuse is disposed of. Any breakage, damage or excessive mess will be billed to, and must be paid for, by the person who booked the property.brany damage or breakages made during the holiday occupancy are reported to the owner and must be paid for (wear and tear excepted);brno more than the maximum number of people or pets are allowed to stay at the Property (as stated on the Website)brsmoking is not permitted in any of the Propertiesbrany applicable laws and local or Government guidance are complied with at all times, and ensure that no lead Hirer or their Guests (if permitted at the Property) or pets (if permitted at the Property) do anything which is illegal, or may cause unreasonable damage, noise, behaviour or disturbancebrno one enters the Prop
