The house has been completed since May 2019, we have been living there since taking a lot of fun. We are 1km from the bay of La Baule, while being in a very quiet area, even in summer. We only rent our house during our vacation. The house is 150 m2 on a plot of 450m2. The living room the living / dining room which is 40m2 and the adjoining kitchen are very bright. They open onto a large 35m2 terrace, facing south / west.
