It boasts generous living areas, large bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, as well as a private pool, off road parking and a roof terrace with 360 degree views, accessed by a spiral staircase. brbrThere is a small convenience store for small items, and 2 restaurants with bars just a couple of minutes walk away. There are also many other fine restaurants and a larger supermarket in Coral Bay.brbrThe private pool, 8m by 4m, refurbished in 2017 is heated when required (extra charge) and has roman steps and underwater lighting. Around the pool there is generous room for sun loungers and umbrellas plus poolside lighting, and a large barbecue. Large palm trees and adjustable umbrellas provide that all important shade against the strong Cyrus sun. brbrThe lounge has ample seating around a coffee table, all facing a wall mounted TV. There is also a DVD player plus a radio/CD player. There are 3 ceiling fans, as well as air-conditioning throughout the living room/dining area so that you can chill out even on the hottest days.
