Amazing holiday with a very well equiped and appointed villa. Host was very effective and helpful without being intrusive. Very efficient check-in, no issues. Kitchen has everything you need.

Peter and Robbie were excellent work communication from the day we booked to the day we left. Villa perfect pool perfect . Cannot fault anything at all. Can walk to a couple of restaurants and coral bay a short 5 min drive. We are all sad to be going home. Would definitely book again .

As 2 couples we had the most enjoyable stay at what is a very well equipped and spacious villa. There are two great restaurants within walking distance. A car is recommended (or use of the local bus service) to visit the local super market and surrounding area and attractions. Peter proved to be an excellent host with timely communications, help and advice. We highly recommend the villa to friends and family, and already looking at potential dates to book in 2026.

I knew when I booked for a 14 night stay and communicated with Peter, the owner, that our holiday with four adults, a six year old and twins of 19th months would be perfect at his villa and it was. A big thank you to Peter for his wonderful hospitality. He was so keen to ensure that our stay in the villa went smoothly. We arrived with a taxi from Paphos airport, an exceptional company called Sams Taxis. Cannot recommend then more highly. We arrived at the villa at 10pm. Our first impressions was it was well maintained and most welcoming. The arrival package and the baby equipment that Peter so kindly arranged was all in place. We were most grateful of the the air-conditioning and fans which were much needed as the heat was intense all during our stay. The selling point apart from the sizeable, airy space was the beautiful maintained pool where my family spent many happy hours. The villa was child friendly with a gate to the pool area and at the top of the stairs of the lounge. The villa worked brilliantly for three generations. There was plenty space on the driveway for two hired cars which was a must for us to get to beach and supermarket. We were able to walk to two traditional greek restaurants from the villa which served lovely food and the welcome extremely warm and friendly. George at Anesi even baked a birthday cake for my six year old grandson. It was a great stay and Peter was a fabulous host. Thank you so very much. We know we will return.

I honestly can’t say how fabulous this villa and the hosts are. Right from our initial enquiry, right through to departure, Peter and Robbie consistently went out of their way to help us. The villa is in a prime location, on a bus route and near to main road to travel around. The Anesi restaurant is a 2 minute walk away and the food and service is the best. The villa has everything and I mean everything you need for a comfortable stay. We shared the villa with another group of friends and the size and layout of the building worked perfectly. It was clean and spacious. The photos really don’t do it justice at all. We enjoyed many a night in the garden with a BBQ and a few wines. Peter and Robbie helped us source extremely reasonably priced car hire for our 11 nights. Cars weren’t needed but they enabled us to explore the islands. It’s not very often I say I would return somewhere but we all agreed we would definitely hire this villa again, it was just perfect!

Absolutely brilliant property, exactly as described. Very clean and fully kitted out for all needs. Great location and great views from the roof terrace. Very versatile and accommodating for all. We stayed as a large family, 4 adults and 5 children. Peter and Robbie are fantastic hosts, received regular updates from confirmation of booking right up to the day we travelled and very accommodating to any requests with Uber quick responses. Highly recommended and will definitely be looking to return in the future. Thanks for your incredible hospitality!

The property is in a peaceful and tranquil location with a couple of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Coral Bay is just a short 5 minute drive away. The villa itself is large in size and comfortably accommodated 6 adults and two children without feeling cramped for space. Peter is also a fantastic host, responsive, easy to deal with and invites you to treat the villa as your home. I would not hesitate to stay here again when back in the area.

This was the first time hubby and i had been to Cyprus so only had my parents( who know Cyprus well) to give us a rough idea of where to stay. We were a group of 8 and are used to Florida villas that are massive, were just hoping, but not expecting , somewhere that has the space for us not to be tripping over each other. The photos online do not portray how lovely this villa is. We arrived after dark so it wasnt until the next morning that we could fully appreciate how amazing our holiday stay was. The fact that the villa is pretty much split into 2 main areas means that it is versatile enough, should there be 2 families staying , that you can both have your own areas to relax in as the ground floor is like a separate apartment. The villa is really well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. As i said there were 8 of us but during the day and evening we had plenty of options for places to relax. While some of us chilled around the pool, others were sunbathing on the terrace and my dads favourite spot was up on the roof terrace, despite the temperature hitting the 30s the constant breeze kept you nice and cool, and the views are fantastic. From the initial booking until we reached home again Peter has been constantly available to help us with taxis, car hire, problem solving, we honestly could not have asked for a better host.

We stayed this summer in Peters lovely home. This villa far exceeded our expectations It was clean spacious and amazing all round. Great pool and all so child safe so we had no worries of the little ones. Peter is the best owner we could of dreamed of always a message away if any issues arose he responded and sorted instantly. Would stay there again should we visit Cyprus again Thank you so much Peter

This fantastic 4 bedroom, spacious villa in peaceful location is just stunning, with everything you can think for your sole use. The owners have literally thought of everything to help you enjoy your holiday and make special memories. Definitely big enough for a family of 8 adults to enjoy without being in each other's way. It has a beautiful pool that everyone can enjoy - much needed in the hottest months, lots of sunbathing areas as well as shaded areas too.There are 2 kitchens! The main one upstairs in the living area plus another one downstairs which is ideal if you are eating outside -both have everything you need. The villa is in a peaceful location about 5-10 mins away from Coral Bay restaurants, shops and bars. Perhaps too far to walk if you have difficulties but there are plenty of taxis available or hiring a car is even better as we did. This enabled us to see some of the island. Latchi is a 25 mins drive west and well worth a visit where there is a beautiful harbour and plenty of wonderful restaurants. You can book a boat trip from here to The Blue Lagoon - just amazing!! (and I have a phobia of boats) but it was so calm, definitely a trip to make special memories. Paphos is another lovely place to visit, especially the sea front where there is also a harbour as well as restaurants and shops. There are plenty of restaurants in Coral Bay as well as shops and bars. The best we found were Coral King and La Vigna (great service, hospitality and delicious food) Definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in helping us to have a fantastic family holiday.
