The villa is situated in a hilly area, and the driveway is quite steep. Access to the villa is via a 380cm-wide path with a step up to the front door, which is 88cm wide. The lounge door measures 354cm wide, while the kitchen/dining room door is 265cm wide. To reach the pool/terrace, there is a 67cm-wide door and a 404cm-wide path. The pool and terrace area are level, while the garden is gravelled. The pool includes steps for easy access. Please note, there are no ground-floor bedrooms, and 18 steps lead to the first floor. The bedroom doors are 72cm wide, and the bathroom door is 66cm wide. The bathroom features a combined bath/shower setup.
