Set on an established complex of 23 apartments and villas near the village of Esentepe. There are several local restaurants and bars and the nearest supermarket is 200m away. The coast road takes you to the beautiful town of Kyrenia (North Cyprus) with its ancient harbour and castle with its many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. This is the perfect apartment to have a relaxing break, enjoying unspoilt surroundings, good food and amazing sunsets! N.B. Please be aware there is building work along much of the north coast, with many new developments under construction. These developments are close to our site but not close enough to affect your holiday with us.

When you want to hide away though, this villa makes the perfect retreat. The villa has been designed to make the most of the views. For starters, the balcony offers up sweeping views over the sea and the surrounding rugged mountains. And as far as the rest of the outside, it’s all set up for relaxation. It’s painted in a bright Mediterranean colour and comes with its own private pool which takes pride of place. There are also plenty of sun loungers and chairs for relaxing and lots of pool toys for a spot of fun! Everyone can sit in a generously well designed garden which is surrounded by a wall around the villa for complete privacy so you can sunbathe and dine in the garden area where you can also enjoy a barbeque in blissful seclusion. There is also a large terrace area upstairs on the first floor for total relaxation, admiring the sea view or watching the sun go down or star gazing in the evenings.brbrInside the villa is just as pleasing. Crisp whitewashed walls keep everything fresh and light along with cool tiled marble floors are the mainstays. The ground floor has an open-plan design with a large lounge and dining room, meanwhile is decked out with contemporary furnishings, including comfortable sofas and a chic dining table. There’s also a TV, with Netflix & latest Movies & Sports on a Amazon Fire stick, a separate DVD player and in the fully fitted kitchen, thoughtful touches like a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a dining table set up for six. Everything’s rounded off with three light and airy bedrooms all of which have air-conditioning and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite.brbrThe main bedroom upstairs & double bedroom on the ground floor have an additional TV mounted on the wall to watch DVDs or Netflix ( via a firestick ) brbrBut the villa alone isn’t what makes this place special – the location of plus points too. There are several sandy beaches 10 minutes drive away and pebble beaches within walking distance.
