Village Location with Stunning Sea/Pool Views- 3 minutes walk from restaurants

No 15 Breezy Hill is as described a home from homeWe had an excellent 20 days in the villa which is well equipped and furnished with ample cleaning utensils and indeed plenty of complimentary provisions.We must mention that the hosts Paul and Karen (who were on a cruise themselves) responded quickly and positively to our queries mainly relating to Wi-Fi and network problem ( which was probably our fault as not technically minded)The view from the upstairs balcony/terrace is super and you can laze and bathe in the sunshine and watch the beautiful sunsets. This also overlooks the pool area with two kids pools.The villa is on the roadside of a quite steep incline and is just a 3 minute stroll to the centre of the village with friendly pubs and restaurants and shops pharmacy etc.There is a little traffic noise but quiet at night. There are some development work around but work doesn’t commence till after 8 a.m. All of the above is normal for any village in TRNC including the odd dog barking.There are 6 or 7 steps down to the pool level which has ample room for sun bathing/lazing etc.We would highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing vocation.Indeed we didn’t hire a car for the first 5 days as we used the local bus from the village to Girne about 50 minute journey. The bus goes every 2 hours and the bus stop is a 3 minute stroll from the property.A big thank to Paul and Karen who also advised on taxi and car hire which were excellent.

Place was a bit out of the way you need a car to do anything outside the village

A perfect property everything you need to make a great stay. Loved having breakfast on the lower balcony and evening drinks on the upper balcony. Appreciated the welcome pack left for us as we arrived late at night. Great communication. Esentepe is a lovely friendly village fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Lots of places to explore by car.

Overall the property is in a good location to access all other areas but you need a car, which is normal. The villa decoration is a bit tired and in need of an bit of deco and we did have to clean some areas when we arrived but it wasn’t a problem. We ran out of water but neighbours were on hand to help out using pool hosed water to fill the tank as the management couldn’t get out to top up credit until the next morning. But it was good value for the location the villa was well equipped and if you’re after a relaxing holiday it’s ideal.

Great stay overall, as described

Lovely Villa on a small development close to the town. So there’s shops and restaurants on you’re doorstep. Everything you need for you’re holiday is in the villa. Pool is in the centre of the development. Very quiet and relaxing the whole time we were there.

Had a lovely stay here with amazing sea and sunset views and friendly neighbours. Close to a number of lovely restaurants and everything we could need in the villa.

You get what it says on the packet basically. The villa suited our needs perfectly. We came for a sunshine and pool holiday and that’s what we got. Currently writing this review on our last day by the pool soaking up glorious sunshine. Will definitely return. Loved the sleepy village of Esentepe as well. Everyone is nice and welcoming.

The villa is well furnished inside, kitchen and dining equipment more than adequate for the four of us. Nice welcome pack provided. The villa was clean and plenty of towels and bedding provided. A few suggestions rather than criticisms are, could do with an outdoor table and chair set for patio dining and a couple of parasols for the upstairs and downstairs patios / balconies would also be welcome. A microwave would have been good and also a small safe for passports, cards etc. Vehicle is definitely required if you wish to visit beaches, major supermarkets etc. We found vehicle hire to be very reasonable and petrol cheap. Roads are wonderfully quiet and the driving standard was good. The town of Esentepe is a few minutes walk and there is a small supermarket for basic essentials and a couple of nice restaurants serving local fare. We used Remzies for evening meals and the Esentepe restaurant for a lunchtime drink and snack. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We rented this villa in July. It was great! The villa is big enough and comfortable, has perfect location and great views. The description is exactly. The owners are very friendly, responsible and supportable, answered all our question, helped with everything. We would like to come back somewhere! And I can recommend this villa and place.
