We have a small shared firepit and ample shared parking for your boat if needed.brbrThe studio features one room with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, one full bathroom, a large closet with a washer and dryer, and a kitchenette with dining area. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker, countertop oven, and refrigerator. There is also a small crockpot, an electric skillet, a two-burner hot plate, and George Foreman grill for your use with a charcoal grill located on the front porch.brbrYour vacation apartment has its own entrance and is separate from the main home.
