Our personal favorite area is the shaded front yard, canopied by pecan trees. Tv's in bedrooms and living area, as well as wi-fi. The back yard is fenced for a dog, but be mindful of our hot days and no shade. Small peek of the mountains and beautiful sunset scenes. brThe space:brEat in kitchen, bedrooms have closets, picknick table out front.br Oklahoma is very hot and the back of home gets extreme sun all afternoon. The A/C is set at 75 degrees and locked off. This is due to people turning it down to 65 degrees and freezing the system. We have fans available to help your comfort if needed take a shower and relax I am in the home often when visitors are not in it. brPlease be cautious of our well stocked mancave , full of tools, paint, and other stored items.brThis home has an owners love, we enjoy it and try to minimize clutter.brOther things to note:brBugs and extreme heat in Oklahoma Drink plenty of water.
