Sitting on the more than 1,400 square foot of deck, the million dollar view from the house is no exaggeration. You will feel like you’re sitting in a tree house among the birds singing in the mornings as you have your cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful tranquility. The entire length of the lake side deck is covered with a 5’ overhanging eve for protection during rain. The decks have two huge Oak trees growing up through the deck that provide excellent shade throughout the day. Enjoy cooking on the large gas grill or walk down to the lower level and swing in the cedar porch swing on the secluded deck.brbrThe sidewalk will lead you to the boat dock with dock side tie up. The dock is for your own private enjoyment during your stay. Sit on the upper level of the 20’x20’ sun deck and take in the view of the cliff diving on the famous Dripping Springs Bluff straight across the cove. There are lounge and chairs on the dock. The Drip is also known for its excellent fishing and this small private cove has plenty of room to cast your line. While there is plenty of sun and fun the best is yet to be enjoyed as others are seeking shelter from the afternoon rays, this dock will soon be shaded by the tree lined banks of the small cove. This beautiful little cove is large enough and deep enough for all your boating activities yet secluded enough that it feels like your own private oasis. The water averages around 12-16 feet deep off the dock so feel free to climb down the swim ladder and get wet. For added convenience we have a private neighborhood dirt & concrete boat ramp and there are two full-service marinas within the cove. brbrThe home has an open concept for the kitchen, living and dining so the cooks don't feel left out.
