Sitting on the more than 1,400 square foot of deck, the million dollar view from the house is no exaggeration. You will feel like you’re sitting in a tree house among the birds singing in the mornings as you have your cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful tranquility. The entire length of the lake side deck is covered with a 5’ overhanging eve for protection during rain. The decks have two huge Oak trees growing up through the deck that provide excellent shade throughout the day. Enjoy cooking on the large gas grill or walk down to the lower level and swing in the cedar porch swing on the secluded deck.brbrThe sidewalk will lead you to the boat dock with dock side tie up. The dock is for your own private enjoyment during your stay. Sit on the upper level of the 20’x20’ sun deck and take in the view of the cliff diving on the famous Dripping Springs Bluff straight across the cove. There are lounge and chairs on the dock. The Drip is also known for its excellent fishing and this small private cove has plenty of room to cast your line. While there is plenty of sun and fun the best is yet to be enjoyed as others are seeking shelter from the afternoon rays, this dock will soon be shaded by the tree lined banks of the small cove. This beautiful little cove is large enough and deep enough for all your boating activities yet secluded enough that it feels like your own private oasis. The water averages around 12-16 feet deep off the dock so feel free to climb down the swim ladder and get wet. For added convenience we have a private neighborhood dirt & concrete boat ramp and there are two full-service marinas within the cove. brbrThe home has an open concept for the kitchen, living and dining so the cooks don't feel left out. The large living room has a sleeper sofa, two very comfortable leather recliners, a game table activity area, a curtained off separated area with twin beds, pile of floor pillows, TV, satellite, DVD, and indoor/outdoor stereo sound. When calendar dates are open, but the system states Not Available, inquire with no dates. Be sure and put the correct number of Adults and number of Kids, Pets. There is a $15 additional charge per person per arrival over 2 people. The VRBO calculations are correct, but they NEVER display the cost for extra persons in a fashion to demonstrate about how they arrived at the cost. The cabin delivers the true cabin feel with the entire interior finished in Pine. With all the windows make sure the outside is brought in, to complete that at the lake feel. The 3 bedrooms and additional beds offers enough sleep space for most groups. 2 full custom shower bathrooms, one on each level. The tankless hot water system means there is never any fear of running out of hot water. The kitchen has nice appointments, with a dishwasher than can barely be heard. As you can see the island is large and will offer most all a place in the group. The bar stools are not rocking chairs, so keep the 4 legs a the floor at all times. The entertainment cabinet has a wine and beer refrigerator, A 55 inch TV is in the main room, along with DVD player. Do Not move furniture, no matter who in your group tells you it is OK. It is not OK. If you need to move furniture, wait till you get home and move yours. brOutside on the lower patio is the 3-4 person hot tub. On the upper deck is the seating and propane grill with perimeter lighting. The swim dock is right out front in a small cove, and the main channel is right out the cove. With large groups, parking can be a problem, but not at this one. I have a swim ladder on dock, and aske to have it pinned up out of the water to prevent algae, and I will charge $20 since many in the pubic at times refuses to show some courtesy.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood with paved roads. We are situated directly on the water with a large dock with two swim ladders, each on opposing corners of the dock to be shared between Laketime Cottage and Laketime Retreat guests. On the dock we provide a pedal boat for guest use free of charge. This year we have added a 2-person kayak to our water toys armada. As always, free of charge and reservation is required for kayak use. Life jackets are provided. This great cottage boasts a large, dogwood tree shaded deck with a patio table, and numerous chairs. The dogwood trees are truly stunning with their beautiful white flowers covering them in the spring time to the brilliant red and rust colors of the fall. Just recently we realized thru the Oklahoma Forestry Department that our large Flowering Dogwood tree (see photo) in front of our deck is by far the largest Flowering Dogwood tree in Oklahoma. Upon further research, we discovered that it is also the largest in Kansas and Missouri.brbrLaketime Cottage overlooks our small, quiet, deep water cove just off Raper Hollow on South Grand Lake. A large beach area with smooth river rock is available for swimming. The cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also we have provided a stacked washer and dryer for our guest's use. One bedroom has a new queen size bed and the other also has a new queen size bed with a twin day bed. Both queen size beds in both bedrooms have brand new in 2025 queen size mattresses. A trundle bed is in the sunroom with a full size mattress on top, and a full size mattress on the bottom. A cot with a mattress is provided for extra sleeping upon request. The winter of 2021 we added a quiet and efficient mini-split ac and heater to the cottage. We also did an extensive remodel on the kitchen with new cabinets and a new stove. Pots, pans, coffee pot, dishes and utensils are all ready to use. A charcoal grill is also available on the deck overlooking the lake. We offer free Wi Fi and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Also in the sunroom we have installed a smaller tv with dvd for the youngsters. A trundle bed and a dining table with chairs make the sunroom overlooking the deck and the lake a relaxing place to hang out. We also have a fire-ring for our guest’s use with wood provided. Next door to this property is the community park with a nice swim dock and swing set for the kids. Located just 1 block away is a boat ramp with swing-set, large swim dock and a swim ladder. We also have an area for parking your boat or off-road vehicle trailer.brbrRaper Hollow is a large, no-wake cove just off the main lake on South Grand Lake. We are located just a short boat ride to the mouth of the cove. At the end of our cove is Clearwater Bay Marina catering to your boating needs. Just 10 minutes by boat from the mouth of our cove is Dripping Springs Yacht Club, a popular meeting place for boating enthusiasts where you can just hang out or test your adventurous spirit and jump off the 40 foot cliff into the water. We know that gas, food and everything else is up this year. This doesn't mean that getting away has to suffer. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing get away at an affordable price, then we have what you are looking for. Although we are not situated right on the lake, it is only a short 1 minute walk across the street to the lake. We call our cabins LAKETIME RETREAT. Our months of operation is March 1st-October 31st. We are located in the residential neighborhood of Cherokee Lake Estates. We are at the south end of Grand Lake just ten minutes from Langley and Disney, Oklahoma near the Pensacola Dam. The Grand Lake area is famous for fishing, boating, swimming, off roading, and beautiful sunsets. At the cabin you have access to a dock across the street for swimming, fishing or parking your boat or jet skis and just a one minute walk. brThe dock is shared with guests at Laketime Cottage and Laketime Retreat. There is a new ladder at each opposing corner of the dock so everyone can have their space. We also offer a free covered boat slip upon request at time of reservation. This service is available all year long with the exception of 4th of July weekend. This is subject to availability which you will know at the time of the reservation. As always, you are welcome to tie your boat up to the dock during your stay. With a gentle slope to the water, the lake is at your fingertips. This cabin has one bedroom with a queen size bed. It also has a trundle bed with a twin mattress on top and a twin mattress on the bottom. The kitchen has a new full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and is fully stocked with dishes, plates, silverware, glasses and cookware. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower. We have a smart tv and WiFi for streaming your favorite shows. The cabin is fully air-conditioned. Outside, in front of the cabin you will find a picnic table with an umbrella and a charcoal grill.
