Smoking: brThis is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only outside, away from open windows and doors, and all smoking materials must be disposed of properly. br br7. Housekeeping: brPlease leave the property in the condition you found it. brUse provided trash bags and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins. brDo not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. br br8. Appliances: brReport any malfunctions or issues with appliances to the host immediately. br br9. Damages: brReport any accidental damages to the host immediately. brGuests agree to pay for any damages caused during their stay. br br10. Security Deposit: brSecurity deposit required of $300.
