All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law. brbr***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.brbr Parking Rules-- Parking on the grass or along the street is strictly prohibited. Please use only designated parking areas for your vehicles. If you need additional parking, call to obtain a free parking permit for approved community parking areas (phone number is in the welcome message).brbr1- To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated. br2- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. (No parties/events)br3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.br4- For safety, the living room fireplace is not for guest use. br5-Please use caution when carrying luggage up and down the stairs to avoid damaging the stair treads and walls. Any damage to the stairs will result in additional repair fees.br6- Street parking in front of home only. Do not part along the side of the home (where the wooden fence is). For additional parking use the community parking areas.
