This is not uncommon in small towns but is different than what we are used to in larger cities/towns. Two recommendations are to NOT WASH ANYTHING LIGHT COLORED in the washer and that some guests prefer bottled water over filtered water from the fridge. The spa will be clean but you may see a ring develop around the waterline from the minerals.brbr*Ours is a NO SMOKING, PET FREE cabin. No exceptions. For the comfort of all guests, please choose a different cabin if either of these are imperative to your stay. brbrWe STRONGLY recommend purchasing the Travel Protection Plan through VRBO. The kitchen is also stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and more! We also provide a toaster and toaster oven, crock-pot, and blender. brbrThere is a coffee counter with a Keurig machine that brews ground beans or K-cups (we provide 4 different flavors!) and also brews espresso shots. brbrThe bathroom features a brand new walk-in shower with strong water pressure and a tankless hot water heater. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your use and we provide detergent. You can also find hand towels and soaps in the bathroom cabinet as well. brbrThe acre lot the cabin sits on features peaceful and quiet views and pine trees to the north. There are two brand new decks attached to the cabin including a spacious front deck with two adirondack chairs to relax in. There is outdoor lighting surrounding the wood burning fire pit and a unique hand-made stainless steel wood burning cooking fire pit. To the north of the cabin is a grassy area, perfect for star-gazing at night! There is also RV parking and RV hook-up with electric, water and septic drain pipe. brbrWe provide indoor games and custom corn hole boards for outdoor fun. Riverhawk is located on 3.5 acres directly on the bank Mt Fork River along with its sister cabin (2 bed/2bath). It is perfect for family reunions, weddings, scout groups, church groups, and sports teams.brRiverhawk is designed to host large groups with a double kitchen along with 2 double baths.brRiverhawk offers beautiful views of the clean and clear Mt Fork River with tons of river frontage for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and sunbathing or relaxing around the firepit or indoor fireplace brbrRiverhawk is large enough to accommodate 20 guests total. It is the only cabin that large with river access in the entire area. The property can accommodate up to 30 guests if both cabins, Riverhawk and Firefly, are rented together. Please ask us about the details for renting both cabins. Since there are two cabins located on the property, we ask that you please respect the privacy of the guests in the other cabin. There are 3.5 acres to explore and 400 feet of river frontage. Nook in the Woods comfortably sleeps 9, with one master king-size bedroom down, one king-size bedroom up, along with a third upstairs bedroom containing 2 bunkbeds (3 twins, 1 double). In addition, we also provide 1 queen air mattress and one twin air mattress in the bedroom closets, sleeping up to 12 people.
