It's roughly a 2.5 hours drive from Frisco, Plano and McKinney with much less traffic than Hochatown during weekends. Most of the restaurants and stores are a short 15-20 minutes drive. The location is very peaceful with lots of nature sounds during the day and night.brbrYou will have access to the entire house! There is a locked owner’s closet located downstairs in one of the bedrooms. Please do not try to access it during your stay unless provided with a code. Free parking and on site Tesla charger, with enough space to bring your boats, kayaks, or ATVs. brbrRiver access is public, so you’re welcome to walk along the bank. There’s a nice swim spot to the right, down by the last house on the street. Glover River levels can change daily depending on rainfall upstream — fun to watch, just be aware.brbrMost of our guests are families and small groups of 6–10, with extra room to spread out.
