The property benefits from sea views and a South facing patio garden perfect for summer drinks with family or friends.brbrMy property sleeps up to 4 guests (two double bedrooms with an optional airbed if needed). It is located in the heart of seaside town Cullercoats and 25 mins drive from Newcastle City Centre.brbrGround FloorbrEntrance / living areasbrYou will enter the property via the main front door which will lead you to a staircase. This staircase allows you to enter the main living area of the property. This has plenty sofa space for all guests, a dining area and a large wall mounted TV. The wife router will also be located in this space.brThe kitchen is located on the same floor as the living area. This space has all basic amenities including, Refrigeration, cooking equipment and washing up facilities.brThe ground floor also provides access to the private outside space available. This paved area is perfect for enjoying the sunshine with friends and family. You will also have sea views from this area.brThe ground floor contains a small storage area where the boiler hoover and other cleaning equipment can be found.brbrFirst FloorbrBoth double bedrooms can be located on the first floor. One bedroom to the front and one bed at the rear of the property provide ample space for 4 guests to sleep. An additional airbed is also available at the property should you need it.brWhite fresh linen will be provided for guests as well as complimentary travel toiletries. The bathroom is also located on the first floor. There is a shower and sink in the main bathroom and a sperate single toilet.
