This condo was fully renovated as of late 2019, providing current finishes and amenities.brbrKeep cozy in the winter with new ceiling heaters and our easy, no-mess gas fireplace.brbrStay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi & SmartTV to access your personal Amazon & Netflix accounts.brbrOnce you enter our ground-floor unit, you are received in a small foyer with 3 steps down. We provide coat hooks with a shelf for your winter gear. Mountain bikes may be stowed in this area, but we request guest bring their own yoga mat, towels or blankets to protect flooring and to collect bike mud and debris. We include one wall-mount bike rack in this area.brbrFor you Skiers, Boarders, and Bikers, we have a private, exterior storage room just outside the front door of the condo to the right. Convenient for your storage of skis, boards, bikes and all the extra stuff that comes with them. This 5’ x 7’ room has a dedicated baseboard heater and a bench which makes it easy to take your boots on and off. There is a rack to hang boards and skis and several bike hanging racks. Both walls on left and right are covered with hooks to hang poles, jackets, bibs, gloves, pads, helmets, caps, etc. The door has an electronic lock so your gear is safe and no need to try to keep up with a key. NOTE: door to this room should always remain closed with the baseboard heater on to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting.brbrWhen you enter the condo, to your right is the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room includes two twin-over-queen timber bunkbeds with hybrid mattresses and soft bedding. Included is a closet, dresser drawers and lounge chair. You are also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We can only accommodate 7 renters. brbrCovered parking garage and an elevator are two major amenities that are rare in Angel Fire. The laundry rooms were renovated last year with new washer & dryer unit on each floor and there is an app to pay and will also let you know when your laundry is finished.brbrThe living room has a large L shaped sectional that is big enough to sleep two children with one on each section. There is no sleeper sofa. This condo is perfect for a family of 5-6. There is a large TV over the electric fireplace so you never need to purchase firewood and can have a fire throughout your stay. Enjoy our free WIFI and the TV is set up with DISH Network. You are also able to sit outside and watch people walk by on either one of the two the balconies. This complex is pet free. So, please no pets. brbrThe kitchen is newly renovated with granite, all new appliances, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for a home cooked meal.
