We enjoy unobstructed views across several ponds, wetlands, and extensive (thousands of acres) ranch lands which surround the home. Great for bird watching in the summer and during migrating seasons. Elk herds can be seen almost daily in the fields next to the home and in the front yard, as well as bald eagles, ospreys and many water birds visit our private ponds. It is 14 min. highway drive to the upper parking lot at the Angel Fire Ski Area. Secluded and quiet even though it is just off a well-maintained state highway. This is the area that helps give 'Land of Enchantment' its name. The views across the valleys are stunning. The Black Lake area is where the high country scenes from the movie Lonesome Dove were filmed. It is truly a pleasure to experience this historic and special property. All this backing up against massive public lands.brbrThis two bedroom one bath 1400 sq. ft. red fur timber home sleeps 5 with one king bed and one queen. There is also one fold-out queen couch. The large combined kitchen and living room offers a wonderful setting for viewing nature and sharing time with family and friends. A new range and dishwasher have just been installed. With a wood stove and multiple bay windows it's bright and cheery in the day time and warm and cozy at night. Enjoy the valley views while grilling on the new gas grill or just relaxing on the deck. The open concept living area lets you enjoy the view from inside and the gorgeous stone fireplace will keep you warm. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook up your favorite meals. There are 3 bedroom and a loft with bunk beds. Downstairs is a bonus game/bunk room that is perfect for the kids. It comes complete with a a double shot competition basketball game, board games and TV. Outside you can enjoy the large firepit, perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the nighttime sky. This cozy cabin is perfect for making memories that will last a lifetime!brbr4WD is strongly recommended for this property in the winter. Driveway will be plowed when we received more than 4 inches of snow. In December 2024 we put significant improvements into the driveway.

Gorgeous, remodeled cozy 2bd/2ba condo in the Snowfire complex! Open floorplan, gear locker/closet and bike racks in downstairs lobby. Queen bed in primary bedroom with attached full bathroom and balcony! Second bedroom has two twin beds with an upper bunk double bed. Condo features a dining table that seats four and breakfast bar with three barstools. Electric induction range with air fryer setting, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, crock pot, blender, pots, pans, cutlery, and basic spices provided. Ski shuttle picks up in the parking lot of building A, restaurants and retail within walking distance. Grocery store 6 minute drive, ski lifts 3 minute drive. Walk to hiking trails right from the condo! The mountain bike park is as fun in the summer as skiing and snowboarding are all winter! Fireplace is currently not functional. No smoking and no pets allowed per HOA rules. Trash must be removed to the village refuse site at the end the visit. There are no dumpsters on site.
