This neighbourhood provides 70km of walking trails, bike paths and river lookouts. In close proximity is the UNIplex recreation centre, Cineplex, East Coast Karting, Room Escape Atlantic and Fox Creek Golf Club. The airport, NBCC, Université de Moncton and more are also nearby and if you are looking for adventure Hillsborough lighthouse is a 20 minute drive away and Hopewell Rocks 40 minutes away. For your safety there is a camera facing the street, the side and at the back of the home. A blow-up bed is located in the linen closet.

The entire main floor is designated for guest use. It features three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a wooden bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances. A heat pump on the main floor caters to your heating and cooling preferences. There is a full bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower and a tub, followed by a washer and dryer exclusively for our guests' use. Guests have access to the entire first floor; however, the garage is not included in the listing. Additionally, the outside fire pit and the fireplace in the main room are not available for guest use.

It accomodates 2 adults and 2 kids up to 14 years for the listed price or 4 adults. Kids stay for free.Any additional adult is charged at 25$ per head per night. The property is divided into two portions, the basement which is currently occupied by an existing family and the ground floor which is listed on airbnb. As they are separate houses with a door from inside as per a picture uploaded showing a baby gate on the stairs going downstairs (kindly check), this property can easily accommodate professionals coming for work to Moncton/ Dieppe and nearby areas. It is located at 913 Chemin Melanson, Dieppe, which could be sometime a busy road during the day time. Parking is available at the property for free. However all guests are requested to park on the left side of the driveway when entering to enable other cars to be parked for our tenants. Further, guests are kindly requested to follow all the house rules to avoid issues after they leaves. You are also requested to use the heater not exceeding 22 degrees. In summer, please do turn the AC off when you are outside and when you check out. From August 10th, all guests are requested to take away their garbages when they check out, this service is not available from us anymore. Thanks you for your cooperation.
