The views of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Mountain Resort, Carson Valley, and the surrounding mountain peaks are spectacular and give you that feeling of being on top of the world. It's the perfect base camp for families and couple groups coming to enjoy all the activities Tahoe has to offer. brbrMore great perks: High speed wireless internet; Heavenly's free shuttle busses stop near the house; The community pool and hot tub are open year-round; Trailheads for the amazing Tahoe Rim Trail are nearby; There are many hiking and biking trails in the area; The neighborhood shopping center has a small market, a restaurant with bar and gambling, and a ski rental shop; Several of Lake Tahoe's beautiful beaches are only a short drive away; All the entertainment and restaurants at the Stateline casino and shopping center are only 10 minutes away. brbrThe home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a bunk bed with twin over full, a queen air mattress, and a single size folding cot. Primary bedroom suite have an electronic fireplace entertainment center. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Remodeled Hot Tub Home Near Heavenly Village, Chairlift and Lake-Sleeps 9 Max

Tahoe Cozy Cabin is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a 6 person hot tub on the back deck and an additional downstairs living room with a pool table. The main floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom upstairs has 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4 people. Down the spiral staircase there is another bedroom with a TV in the closet, another living room, pool table with wet bar, and another full bathroom. The main living room and downstairs living room both have 70 smart TVs. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools for additional seating. The kitchen range has 6 gas grills and a convection oven for those that love to cook. The house is just over 1 mile to the casinos and Heavenly village. Two blocks down the street is Clydes Coffee Roasting Company, a great local coffee shop with fresh baked goods. The Gondola in Heavenly Village, Stagecoach chairlift , many restaurants and nightlife are within 2 miles of the house. Tahoe lake and Nevada Beach are just down the street. There are great mountain biking trails that are an easy ride from the house. The house sits on just under an acre of land, so plenty of room to enjoy. The home was recently remodeled with a new kitchen and new tiled bathrooms with heated floors in each bathroom. The driveway into the property is long with a slight slope and 4 wheel drive vehicle or chains are highly recommended during the winter snow months. The property does have a snow removal service for the driveway, but continued snow fall and ice patches could still cause difficulties getting in and out without chains or a 4 wheel drive vehicle.brbrOne pet is permitted under 50lbs and potty trained. There is a $350 pet fee that must be paid. There are cameras at the house so please disclose if you are bringing a pet. If a pet is brought without disclosure, assuming the pet meets the restrictions, the fee will be charged to your security deposit or required to be paid immediately to continue access to the house. If pets are brought that do not comply with the rules, your party will be denied access unless the pets are boarded elsewhere. Accordingly, you MUST DISCLOSE IF A PET IS BEING BROUGHT.brbrThere is an EV (Electric Vehicle) Charger in Garage and RV electric hook-up on side of house.brbrThe house has central heat, but DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. The nest thermostat shows a/c but there is no a/c and will only run the blower if the thermostat is set to cool. brbrThe home has security cameras outside only. One which views the front of the house, another on the side of the house, another on the back deck and one in the back of the house. The cameras are used for security measures only and the owner highly respects all guests privacy. If guests wish further privacy during hot tub use, the owner can be contacted and the camera can be temporarily moved.brbrDue to the snow levels and freezing temps during the winter, the grill is not serviced during the winter and decks are not shoveled. However, there are shovels in the garage, and guest are welcome to use them to clear the decks or use the grill. No outside, snow covered steps - a rarity in Tahoe! Two bedrooms share a spacious bath and a half on a different floor from the master. One of those bedrooms has bunkbeds and a queen-size bed and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed.brbrKids will love the log bunkbeds and bear decor in their room. Two guest rooms have additional TVs. Views are spectacular from every room in the house. Enjoy full views of the Heavenly ski slopes from the hot tub, spectacular, panoramic views of the lake, mountains, slopes, and lights in town at night from the living area, and views of the slopes, valley, and/or the lake from every bedroom. There is even a full view of the slopes from the kitchen window as you prepare a meal.brbrLake Tahoe offers every imaginable outdoor activity including skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and for the more adventurous, rock climbing and white-water rafting. There are more than ten large ski resorts in the immediate area that offer much variety of terrain. The slopes of Heavenly Valley, the largest resort in the area, are located less than a mile from our doorstep. The Tahoe Rim trail is within an easy walking distance and the grandeur of Yosemite National Park is only a couple of hours away. Many golf courses are located in the area including Edgewood which is the home of the American Century Golf Tournament each year which draws many top celebrity players. The nightlife with major casinos offering full gaming, free parking, and top-name headliner entertainment is but a ten-minute drive away.
