BR1 master, has a queen bed, TV and full bath; BR2 has a queen, TV and a shared full bath; BR3 has 2 bunk beds both with twin on top of twin. The indoor hot tub is in the hallway along with a full bathroom and a laundry room.brbrThere are many steps from the parking area to the front door of the unit. The driveway is also steep and gets icy during the winter. There are 2 spots in the garage for this unit, the garage could be a tight fit for large SUV's. There is outdoor parking for large vehicles that is first come first serve.

This is the perfect place to come back to after a day of Tahoe adventures. Unwind and reflect on your day as you sit in the hot tub and watch the sunset behind the mountains. The home is close to everything: 13 min to the casinos, 12 min to Edgewood golf course, 13 min to Nevada beach, 20 min to hot springs, 20 min to historic Geno. It is a great location with a breathtaking view of our beautiful lake. brTo get these amazing views you will need to walk up and down stairs to get to the home. As you can see in the photos showing the location of the home. Once inside you have 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the top floor. The family room is an open concept with 20 foot ceilings and great views.
