Stayed Aug 30, 2024Beautiful property. As I was with my older mother and aunt maybe could have detailed there are stairs in the property but no biggie. Beds we comfy and showers were awesome. Kinda felt like we were staying in a piece of art. Very good experience. Thank you.

Stayed May 18, 2026Clean, quiet neighborhood, well-stocked, artistically decorated, pet-friendly, comfortable beds, very close to Truckee River and Idlewild Park, and a short drive to Riverwalk District. We loved the house! The master suite is pretty bright, so you might want to pack a sleep mask if that bothers you. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Apr 10, 2026This was a wonderful place to stay. It was a lovely place to enjoy time to catch up with friends. The back lawn and patio is a great place to relax. The interior of the house is quiet and a lovely retreat. And every room you enter there is a visual surprise to find!

Stayed Dec 1, 2025Had a great experience with our host Josh. The home was well appointed (really number one compared with any VRBO’s we’ve experienced) and very comfortable. Josh added some nice touches for the holidays. The intricacy, care and detail of the tile work is something you have to experience. The home is a short walk to the river trail/park and a short drive to midtown, downtown and any shopping you may need. Highly recommended.

The photos can only reflect a glimpse of the time, effort and craftsmanship put into the artistic finishes of this unique home.The private backyard is very peaceful, and we enjoyed ending each day sitting on the patio. The house is very clean and well-supplied. It is situated in a nice neighborhood, close to so many things.Josh is an excellent host and responded quickly, checking in with us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed.We highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025This is the most beautiful property that we have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in the door, we were enchanted with the house. The artistic creativity is somewhat magical. It was absolutely spotless and backyard was perfect for our two fur babies. The house is fully equipped with everything you would ever need. The booking process and communication was easy. And I just have to add, Josh, our host, is a treasure. We can't wait to stay there again. We highly recommend this house.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024We went to Reno for Thanksgiving week and stayed and the Reno Riviera Retreat. We chose this property after seeing the pictures online. It was even more amazing in person. The artistic touches and decorations throughout the house make this a unique experience. From the beautiful wood floors in patterns of different woods, to ceilings with mosaic times or stamped tin, the entire thing is an artistic experience. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked for any occasion, even a Thanksgiving feast. Josh, the host was wonderful. He communicated very well and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this one of kind getaway.
