There is a half bath downstairs. Each one has a Cal King bed. This condo is ideal for 4 adults but not suitable for young children.brThe brand new kitchen is fully equipped.brThere is a full size washer and dryer. brWe have three 55 televisions, all with access to streaming services.brThere is a deck with stunning lake front views off the living room and one off the master bedroom.brWe also have a private, paved patio for relaxing and grilling. brWe are located directly on the lake with a private beach, marina and swim platform. brThere is a magnificent walking path for two miles along the lake shore. brDiamond Peak Ski Resort is 5 minutes away. Northstar is 15 mins while Squaw and Alpine are 1/2 hour. brTahoe City is 15 minutes away as well. There is world class golf and hiking just minutes away.brIncline Village has shopping and restaurants, but with a small town, quaint feel.brWe feel that this is the best location on the lake!
