Wonderful, quiet condo in great location! Clean, well-supplied and lovely. The hosts made sure I had everything I needed for my three week stay. Very happy!

Peter was great, communicated with us perfectly and very responsive! Only mishap was no hot water upon arrival, which was resolved by relighting the pilot on the water heater. Other than that everything was perfect and enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend this host with 5 stars!!

We had a very cozy and warm stay at the Incline Condo over a snowy winter weekend. First, we never received any email from the front-door lock service, so we had a minor check-in issue - I left voice messages for the owners and got a call back and Peter was very cordial and was able to walk me through the use of the back door key, which was in a lock box on the back balcony. After entering, I opened the front door and we moved our luggage in, but that was it for using the front door. We had to use the back door and traverse the narrow garage stairway after that.Many many positive qualities: the shower-head and updated bathroom were excellent, the gas fireplace, the full kitchen, the many streaming services available, the skinny garage and the property snow removal road services. And a few things that were just okay for us, but it depends on personal preference, I guess: 1) the bed: super firm, while the pillows provided no support, so uncomfortable bed left us with minor aches and fitful sleep, and 2) the living room sofa and chair: heavily used, no support left - maybe time for a new couch, chair and bed pillows, and 3) the narrow shower, I guess you had no choice there with the small tub. But, overall, a very nice stay with some minor inconveniences.

Thank you. It’s always been our favorite area to visit. Two issues: the TV was tough ……..for those of us not up on the latest. And I wish we had known there was an upstairs. I’m not a fan of being under others. Granted it wasn't outrageous …. just a reminder that somone is above us walking about at 7:30am. Otherwise we were gone most days. Paz Cathy Boykin

Great for walking. You could walk to almost any eating venue. Very quiet

Would love to return again! Perfect location for us as we were wanting to visit Sand Harbor. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Clean property with everything we needed to be comfortable. Spa and hot tub are very close to this unit and were in working order. Garage fit small SUV.

Clean, nice condo that is nicer than the photos show. Clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and owners were responsive to any issues.

We have a stayed here many times and it never disappoints. From the communication with Peter to check in to our stay. Top notch!

A nice unit in a nice location. We had no contact with the property manager.

The lock box was complicated . The place was pretty clean but there was dust under all the furniture. The front door doesn't lock little nerve-wracking when you have a child that can easyly open the door from the inside. They have apple tv it felt a little hard to figure out when you never used it before. No air conditioning but it has washer and dryer nice kitchen its over all a great place . My only suggestion they put a better lock on the door and.there cleaing crew dust under the furniture.

We stayed over the dates of June 29th - July 4. This was a busy time of year, but because this is such a walkable place to stay it didn’t matter. The only time we used our car was to go to a concert in Reno. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this VRBO.
