The living room has a gas fireplace. The large coffee table is the perfect place to play board games or to work on a puzzle. The dining table seats 10 and is situated next to a wall of windows looking out to the picturesque backyard filled with pines, boulders, and a basketball court. The double french doors open onto a large deck with a propane BBQ and patio furniture (dining and lounging). It also includes a sensory blanket and noise-cancelling headphones for kids who need extra sensory supports. Beware as your kids may sleep in later than expected in this cozy, quiet environment! All beds have fully zipped waterproof mattress protectors as we know accidents happen.
