Stayed Jul 1, 2022We stay in Incline Village every summer- spending 2 plus weeks in the area, for the last 15 years. We booked 1000 Lakeshore- for it's location to all our favorite things. However, a fresh coat of paint and new flooring would make a BIG difference. Pros: Location! Floor plan- large for a condo. Parking spot + garage (awesome to store bikes, wagon, beach chairs, etc Cons: Outdated. Carpet is stained. There is even stained carpet in the bathrooms. Peeling paint. Water damage shown through in windows, ceiling and walls. Mold. Moths (dead ones on wall and in carpet). Dust- thick on all shelves and furniture. Dark- poor lighting. Musty smell- kept all windows and doors open during day to try and air it out.

Stayed Aug 4, 2021Great location. No ac should be in listing. Only one ceiling fan and one portable fan. Very hot and stuffy inside. Couldn’t open windows due to smoke from fire. Windows have no locks. Checkin is at a realtors office - which we weren’t notified Intil after we arrived and had to find a ride. Would recommend keyless entry Nice patio and view. Rooms were nice plenty of room.
