Beautiful and Spacious Home located in the historic Montclaire Neighborhood of Midtown Omaha, 1.2 miles from Charles Schwab Field (Home of the College World Series) and CHI Health Center Arena.brbrThis home was completely renovated, including newly refinished oak wood floors throughout. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Parking available in the driveway and on the street. Approach the front door thru a covered, carpeted front porch with a table and chairs. There is lighting and an electrical outlet for your convenience on the porch too. Walk thru the welcoming entry area which has a coat closet. Also in the closet is a card table if you need it for extra dining, games, etc. Enter into the large livingroom. This room has plenty of comfy seating with two large sofas and a loveseat. A fireplace for show only. Atop the fireplace is a TV with Roku streamer so you can set back, enjoy one another and watch a movie. The large dining room is connected. It has a table with four chairs and a sitting area with a cushy side chair and endtables. Next is the kitchen. Also on this level are two spacious bedrooms and one of the full bathrooms. What is unique about the layout is that you can close the door to the hallway and this sleeping area becomes private from the rest of the main floor! You can go between bedrooms and the bathroom without anyone seeing you from the rest of the house. The upstairs also has two spacious bedrooms and a full, spacious bathroom. When you first get to the top floor there is a loft located on the side of the stairway which is another sleeping area. It has a twin size click clack sofa with bedding lineon and a pillow. You can also plug in your gaming gear and relax in this area. A small bonus room is across the hall with extra foldup chairs if needed. Also stored there is a Kidde Emergency Fire Ladder. Incase of emergency, use it to exit a window from the upper level. The driveway is long, but narrow. We recommend only parking on the front end and not along the side of the house to avoid damage. The back and front yard are grass covered. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play.brbrThe Property has a Ring Camera Doorbell at front door and a Ring Camera Spot Light at rear door for security.brbrGoogle the address for the many nearby attractions.
