A corner fireplace in the upper living room and a crystal fireplace with adjustable heat control in the lower living room. The open concept kitchen gives way to a living room and makes it nice for togetherness while preparing a meal. It is ready for use with dishes, new pots and pans, and the essentials for cooking or baking. The table seats 6 to 8 and has a leaf available for seating up to 10 people. It overlooks a huge deck with a fenced- in yard and beautiful flower garden with fountain (not in use in the winter); also a grill and patio set with a cantilever umbrella. The lower level has a newer LG washer and dryer and has a get-away space for the kids to watch TV or DVD player and VCR with movies available. brbrThe two car garage has a remote control for easy access into the lower living room. Standing Bear Lake is close by within 5 minutes, or there are two bicycles to ride after signing a release of liability statement -- to it within 10-15 minutes. A very nice lake that offers bike trails, fishing, picnicking or walking.brbrThis property is conveniently located by grocery stores, Walgreens, WalMart, restaurants and/or lounges, gas stations, theaters and most anything you would need.
