The house is located in central Omaha, just a couple minutes from the Interstate which makes getting anywhere in Omaha so simple. It is just a 10 minute drive to the zoo or a 12 minute drive to downtown Omaha(traffic dependant).brbrThe main level offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a couch and chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the household amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There is also an additional family room/sitting area with tv just a few steps down. A spiral staircase off this living area leads to a loft which is our gaming area with some seating, foosball, and free arcade games to be enjoyed. As is the case with a lot of older homes, this loft area can be quite a bit warmer than the lower levels on warm days. Outside the loft, there is a small deck that overlooks the pool.brbrOn the main level, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1&2 both have King beds. Bedroom three has two sections to it, separated by a sliding barn door with each section having a full-size bed. This bedroom also has one of the two bathrooms attached to it.brbrThe basement features an additional 2 bedrooms that have queen beds and a third bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower as well as the laundry room.
