Bruce is an incredible communicator and checks to ensure all needs are met. The property itself is perfect for a family gathering. I was concerned the layout might not be conducive to 20 or so people gathering for our Christmas gathering, but it actually proved perfect. So much so that we have already booked the property again for our 2026 family holiday gathering!

Right off the bat, my family and I were thinking about when we could make our next trip up and stay here. It was clean, finishes were well done, and comfortable. Plenty of room for our whole family, but good communal areas to hang out. Plenty of towels, glassware, silverware, and cookware. Honestly, the best part is the location. Incredibly convenient as it's close to I-80. We were at the zoo in 7 minutes, got to the Husker game in less than an hour, and there was plenty to do right around the house. Bruce was communicative and helpful, as well, throughout the whole process. A great experience overall.

This house was perfect for our large group. It was impeccably stocked with all the right supplies and had a lot thoughtful touches. The design and layout were ideal for my family of 9 adults. The house is super cute and had something for everyone-we especially liked the mini-arcade in the basement! The location was very central to everything we wanted to do. The owners were easy to get ahold of and very responsive. It made our trip effortless.

We spent the weekend there to celebrate our son's college graduation. The house is gorgeously renovated and had all the things we needed. Lots of space for family to stay and friends to visit to celebrate with us. Immaculately clean and so easy to check in and out. Plus, the beds were super comfy and we slept so well. Thanks for sharing your great house!

Great place!

This is our second year staying here for a confernce at the CHI convention center. Perfect location for the center and such a better stay than hotels. We love that we can all comfortably stay here, have privacy when we need it, but team bonding time in multiple communal areas too. We will be back again if our conference continues to stay in Omaha. Bancroft house worked out perfectly for our family christmas get together. Plenty of space for four families to spread out. Large dining room and game room for the kids were great. Would stay here again.

Everything was amazing! It was decorated for Christmas so nice. We were able to enjoy quality family time all together.

We rented the Bancroft house for our family Christmas trip. The house is beautifully remodeled! It's in a great location close to local attractions & restaurants. The hosts were amazing with communication & amenities included were top notch. We had 12 adults plus a toddler and there was plenty of space for everyone.

We rented this house for our family to stay at for the week of our son’s wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen and dining room was so accommodating for us all. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

This stay in Omaha was a perfect family getaway experience for us. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and the owners have thought of everything. Within 10 min of everything and so close to the zoo and downtown. Have to note that this has been the best rental host experience we have ever had! Bruce and Lisa have done a phenomenal job with the property, their communication was A+, and they have gone above and beyond to provide recommendations, and so much more.

We gathered our family for a weekend in Omaha and really enjoyed our stay. The home was just like the photos with well thought out amenities! We appreciated the location for ease of access to parks, the zoo, and I80. We’d like to stay here again next year!
