Gradually continuing upgrades, we’ve also replaced the A/C units, installed all new remote-controlled ceiling fans, replaced the washer & dryer, replaced all recessed lighting with LED panel lights, added a new built-in pantry and 30” convection wall oven. (You should note that ovens are somewhat rare in these condos as they were not included in the original construction.)
