Villa La Estancia - 5-Star Luxury Resort - 7th Floor Villa with Incredible View

There was a problem registering but the owner intervened and the issue was straightened out. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned and the owner responded by getting management to clean again.

We had a fantastic trip! Teri was great with communication and even shared some of her favorite restaurants which we tried and enjoyed! Her unit was exactly as she described. You can’t beat the view from her deck. The resort and staff were great. Couldn’t have had a more relaxing trip. We will definitely be coming back!

We've been going to this resort for over 15 years, every year at least once, but some years even 3 times and I can't say anything bad about this resort. The unit we stayed in is immaculate and it has everything to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and secure. We loved it and definitely will keep going back.

The unit was fantastic for family of 4 - nice to have the two separate bedrooms plus shared space, well appointed kitchen. Balcony offered fantastic views am and pm. The resort property was great and staff friendly/welcoming. There were a few days we had crocodile warnings so access to the ocean was intermittent, but we still were able to frequent some each day. We taxi'd and walked to Bucerias multiple times which was nice to get off property a bit. Sushi restaurant at Flamingos next door was the best on-site meal - highly recommend! Overall great property and unit, would return.

The villa is located in the center of the property, allowing for spectacular views. It was very well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, and the overall property was well-designed with a professional staff. It was one of the most relaxing trips we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.

Great unit at an awesome resort. Our first time in this unit which was wonderful and just as listed. Our sixth time at the resort overall and we look forward to coming back to this slice of paradise.

A great week in Mexico!

We stayed here for spring break with our 15 and 18 year olds. The rental was great, comfortable, clean, so spacious. The property is fantastic, ocean view - we saw whales from the balcony, large beautiful pool, pristine grounds, friendly staff. We visited all the onsite restaurants, used the gym, walked to nearby Bucerias for lunch. It was a wonderful trip. Highly recommend this rental!

It was our first time visiting this area and we really enjoyed it. We plan to return again in the future.
