Substantial Home in a Private Game Conservancy

Le Cateau is a substantial house set in a private game conservancy half an hour 's drive from the city of Nelspruit (Mbombela) and an hour and a half away from the Kruger Park. The house stands in it's own grounds of 12 acres within Shonalanga Conservancy. The property overlooks and stands in over 40kms of pristine Lowveldt bush and has many indigenous buck and other animals which visit the house on a regular basis. Visitors will experience a unique interface with these animals and are asked to appreciate and contribute towards this experience. Animals seen on a regular basis are :- Eland, Kudu. Zebra, Bushbuck, Duiker, Klipspringer, Waterbuck, Bushpig, Warthog, Porcupine, Genet. Also present but more rarely seen are :- Hyena, Jackal, Leopard, Roicat, Serval, along with a vast variety of birds and insects. Peace and tranquility are the watchwords for visitors to this property which offers:- Master bedroom with full en- suite, outside shower and bifold doors leading to the large rear deck. Bedroom 2 with ensuite shower room and access tothe large rear deck area. Bedroom 3 containing twin beds with adjacent bathroom. Large lounge/diner and a large kitchen.brThere is a parking hard standing to the front of the house which is approached via a dirt road and concrete strip driveway.brThe house comes with WiFi and TV (DSTV) brNext to the house is a large double garage with a further ensuite double bedroom attached.. This has two double beds and is available for specific parties at an extra cost.
