On the upper level you will find three bedrooms and two full baths along with the open kitchen, dining and living room area. The lower level has a TV room with large U-shaped sofa perfect for game watching. This room has a door for privacy and includes a full size sofa bed. The third full bath is nearby. The laundry room with extra fridge is located on the lower level as well. The home has ample outdoor space wrapping the perimeter of the home – two separate umbrella table spaces, rocking chairs, a sitting area with a propane fire pit, a furnished screen porch and a large unfenced yard.
