We appreciate being in the heart of a medieval city with its pebbled streets where it is good to walk! In Martel, come and discover the steam train, its local market and its remarkable heritage! Ideal situation to discover the Dordogne and to refresh yourself in summer, not far from the must-see sites such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Sarlat...House accessible by a few steps on a covered landing then on the living space with a kitchenette and a lounge area. On the same level, there is a bedroom with 1 bed in 140, an independent toilet. On the first floor : 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 1 pull-out bed 90), bathroom, independent toilet. On the ground floor (accessible by the garage and by the kitchen) : Garage of 19 m² with the possibility to park in front of it, then a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board and iron, clothes line. At 3kms from Martel, you will be close to all amenities, you can also visit many sights: Rocamadour at 20kms, Padirac 20kms, Lacave 17kms, close to the valley of the Dordogne...On the ground floor, dining room with fireplace/kitchenette, small library lounge (1 extra bed 2 pl). On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1,40m, 1 cot), bathroom, wc. On the 2nd floor in the pigeon house, access is by a steep staircase, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m). Outside, 2 terraces, parasol garden furniture, shaded grounds, wooded (730 m2). Options on request: baby equipment (15€/week), household linens, toilet linens.Mixed fuel, wood and electric heating. The amount of fuel heating depends on the operating hours of the boiler, which is at € 2.90 (hourly meter to be recorded on arrival and departure). The Grand Lac is a private domain with an equestrian center (riding, initiation, horses reception) and several gites without opposite. The ponies love to gallop and roll in the grass!
