Oceanhaven is located in the low density stretch of Ocean City, with the least crowded and widest sections of beach.brbrThe house has been recently renovated but retains the charm of the original, unpainted pine shiplap walls and floors. There are floating stairs and glass panels on the main level for outside railings so that the view remains open. High end furnishings and quality mattresses ensure a comfortable stay.brbrAll of the house is available for the private use of guests. There is a sand box beach area just outside the sliding glass doors and in front of the dune between the house and the ocean that is great for socializing while kids play and make new friends.brbrYou can access the house via a key pad. I am available to offer recommendations for your stay and to answer questions.brbrOur rowhouse is ocean front and steps to the beach. The only thing between you and the water is a sand dune. We are in a section of low rise condos and our beach is one of the least crowded areas of Ocean City. Assateague Island and the wild ponies is just 11 miles away. We are also walking distance from great restaurants. Longboard Cafe is two blocks away, Annabelle's and Taco Barrio are five blocks, and The Hobbit is 11 blocks.brbrThe views are spectacular. Watch for dolphins from the upstairs balcony and for foxes playing in the dunes.br1 - Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. As the renter, you agree to be the occupant of the property for the entire duration of the rental. With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you will want to do!brWe are near the boardwalk and bay. The atmosphere is very safe and quiet around nigh time. There are countless restaurants, bars, amusement parks near the area. The best thing about our property that keeps our costumers returning is the fact that we are a short walk from the beach! Large 2-bedroom apartment with big living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollar eating in. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV 1 pullout sofa and 1 couch. One bedroom has two double beds and the other bedroom has one bunk bed and one double bed. The apartment also includes one full bathroom. brThe office will be located on 12 Street, at the Wilmington Terrace Units. There, on 12th Street, the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit, per person. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers check, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night.
