Beach Cottage 1Bed/1Bath Fully Renovated on the Boardwalk

Was very clean Looks recently renovated Great location Appliances all worked well …. Only thing is complementary beach chairs are very small

We had three criteria in mind when we were searching for a room for this trip: on the boardwalk, an oceanfront balcony, and a pool. But then we scrolled past this adorable cottage, which only meets the first of those criteria. We couldn’t stop thinking about it and how charming and cozy it looked in the photos, so we decided to book it. It lived up to all of our expectations and then some. It was very spacious (at least compared to the hotel rooms we are used to) and very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The property manager was friendly and we didn’t have any problems with noise. The shared sitting area out front is very nice, as well. This room wasn’t just a place to rest our heads at night… we enjoyed cooking and eating in the cottage as well as cuddling up on the couch and watching tv in the evenings. It was like a home away from home. I wish we could’ve stayed twice as long!

This apartment is at a great location. It was clean and they supplied pretty much everything you need while there. The only thing I could think would be it would be nice to possibly have a slightly more comfortable/bigger couch.

I had a great time and the place was niceBut this is MY opinion only but wish i knew before handAs a property manager myself i wish the property looked a little nicer......alot of weeds in the cracks of the walk wayBut # 1 for me was absolutely no water pressure. I could not get shampoo out of my hair... i couldnt stay longer than that because i could not wash my hair again1 towel for 3 days.....we shower twice a day so 1 is not enough for 3 days. The sofa was impossible to sit on....it felt like i was sitting on a wooden box and again rhis is my opinion i need a TV in the bedroom. AC need cleaning. No outside shower to get the sand off you before going into the room.i swept 3 times a dayAgain my opinion Very pretty place great location

Enjoyed our stay here. Unit was very clean upon arrival. Had a hard time finding the unit at first. Called them and they directed us right to the unit

Adorable place right off the boardwalk at 12th street, was perfect location to walk to the inlet for concert events. Never even had to use the car! Well outfitted kitchen, Sean was super responsive for couple extra towels and making sure we were set at checkin. Fabulous weekend for two who used to live local, would stay again!!

Nothing on the bed , dirty towels hanging in the shower , food on the counters trash on the floor nothing clean at all .

Amazing property, one of the most attractive on the Boardwalk. Ocean sunrises, dolphins swimming by… doesn’t get any better!

Our stay at the cottage was amazing..the location.was perfect..the cottage was so clean and perfect for the 2 of us..dealing with Sean The Property Mgr was a pleasure..he is so very nice..we will definitely be back again..

Super convenient walk around the corner of the main house to the boardwalk. Had everything needed to spend a short trip kitchen wise- Tupperware, pots, etc. will definitely book again

We stayed in the Cottage for Jeep/Air Show Weekend. The Cottage is perfect for 2 person getaway. Comfortable, Clean, Modern, Comfy, Secure, and Safe. Look no further, Great Boardwalk Atmosphere.

The property was easy to access both by car and on foot. Just a few steps off the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. The property was just as described and we would recommend it to anyone with a group of 2-3 adults

Convenient

We enjoyed a delightful visit to Ocean City at the Beach Cottage. It is centrally located right in the middle of the Boardwalk and close to everything happening throughout the town. Lots of dining and shopping easily walkable. And the beach is awesome! The property includes a patio deck which is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The cottage was immaculate! Everything is new, clean and in great working order. The cottage is tastefully decorated, not cluttered like granny's sitting room. The parking lot was right outside the door. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining and had plenty of cabinet space for the stuff we brought. We really appreciated the Keurig and drip coffee maker (and filters). Our hosts were wonderful!! They were immediately available any time we had a question or needed help. You really can't go wrong staying at the Beach Cottage and we look forward to our next visit.
