This completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 8 and is in the extremely desirable building of Sandpiper Dunes. This building has 3 elevators, multiple sets of steps, outdoor shower, pool, 2 beach entrances (1 of which is handicap accessible), luggage carts, a bike rack, etc. The unit itself has been beautifully refinished and offers exceptional views. Having the benefit of a southern facing private balcony, looking one way will boast incredible views of the ocean waves while looking the other way over the pool and into the bay will catch the greatest of sunsets. There's not much of a better feeling than getting up, grabbing a cup of coffee, and sitting on the balcony while waking up to the smell and sound of the ocean. brbrWhen entering the unit you'll have an immense feel of relaxation with the cleanliness, openness, and calming decor it offers. The open kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully stocked if you'd like to stay in and cook instead of going out to one of the most popular restaurants, most of which are within walking distance. The dining area overlooks the pool then bay from afar out of the front window. The living room features a 65 smart tv with cable or the ability to log in to some apps with wifi available. There are 2 entrances to the private balcony, one from the living room and the other from the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom is a very generous size with a king size bed, ocean view from the window, a full Master bathroom. The second bedroom is also a very nice size and is equipped with a queen size bed and pyramid bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is plenty of storage within the unit with dressers and closets in the bedrooms, a double closet at the entrance to the unit, wall to wall cabinets in the kitchen, and also in the laundry room. brbr2 parking spots are numbered in the lot, dedicated to this unit. There is also additional parking on street on a first come first serve basis. brbrLinens and towels are provided, just bring your paper products, toiletries and pantry items. brbrCheck in 3 pmbrCheck out 10 ambrbrWe're newer owners as of February 2023 and rented this through a management company from the time we purchased the unit until now. The company that we were using was great but are closing their vacation rental division so we're now managing this on our own. This unit has brand new appliances, stove, stackable washer/dryer, refrigerator, and bed. We have fresh paint, new furniture throughout, new toilet, secure keyless entry, new blinds, & new windows. In August of 2023, the entire exterior was remodeled, all new decking, railing, stair towers, siding and a drip system in the ceiling so you can enjoy the porch even when it’s raining. Grab your coffee and watch the boats from the porch overlooking the bay, and watch the sun go down right from your porch. We even have a resident that will sometimes play the bagpipes as the sun is setting. No need to find parking at the beach, grab your towel, and sunscreen and walk across Coastal Highway to the beach. The Roland E. Powell Convention Center, is next door which hosts a variety of events year-round. You are within walking distance to many popular hot spots in Ocean City, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, OC Wasabi, a few blocks from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Secrets Bar/Nightclub, and too many bars and restaurants to list.
