Amenities are run by the Sunset Island Community Association and may periodically be serviced or temporarily closed. We make no guarantee all property amenities will be available throughout stays.

Sunset Island Restaurant and convenient store are only open during the summer season.

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own!

    Strong smell of curry (Indian spice through entire main floor ) White couch that needs immediate replacement ! Dirty / stained ! And other blue couches also dirty just couldn’t see as bad due to dark color .Locked all closets so couldn’t even hang shirts . Towels that were provided were musty smelling Generic messaging when trying to get into house . Stated cleaners there . But house was empty and no cleaners .. didn’t give code to entry even 1 hour early even though waiting on front deck emailing to get entry code .. no code till 15 minutes to 4:00 .
