You'll also have central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and high speed wifi (April - October) and a Smart TV in the bedroom (you can use with your login credentials.) This condo is unit 106 but is on the second floor. There is an elevator in the building and you get two parking spaces. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two bunk beds. One is a full/double on the bottom and a twin on top and the other is a twin on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably, which is the maximum occupancy allowance for this building. But the best part is the PRIME LOCATION. Take the bus to Jolly Rogers or the boardwalk and avoid the OC traffic. br The condo has two balconies. One balcony is off the living room and another off the master bedroom and chairs sit outside to enjoy early morning coffee, breakfast, or a cocktail before a beach day or dinner . brbr This location is perfect for families and adults looking for a good time without the price tag of a OCMD hotel.
