This is a 3 br, 3 bath direct oceanfront unit. Our cleaning service has already taken precautions to make sure the unit is thoroughly disinfected between rentals. There is free WiFi in the unit. Also this area of OCMD is much less crowded then areas closer to the boardwalk so you can easily be on the beach and maintain a safe distance from others. If you see this posted on craigslist it is a scam! i only rent through vrbo. It is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities you need for a relaxing week, and has flat screens in every bedroom. The oceanfront bedroom has a king size bed and a 40 inch flatscreen. The master bathroom has a bath/shower and sink. There is also an enclosed balcony off of this bedroom that can be a sitting area or a sleeping area. There is a queen size futon on the balcony. The second huge bedroom has an incredible bay view (with stunning sunsets) and has two queen beds and a 42inch flatscreen and adjoining full bath. The third bedroom also has a bay view and has a day bed with trundle bed and a twin over full futon. There is a mounted flatsceen in that room also. The living room has a sectional, 50 inch flatsceen and adjoining outdoor balcony. This second balcony is open and has counter height table and chairs to feel and smell the ocean. the living area with a table and six chairs and also has a dining area and bar stools for eating at the kitchen counter. The Atlantis is located on 103rd street which is in a section of high rises where the area is magnificent and the people are exceptional. Its on the 17th floor so the views are breathtaking of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing are amazing. There is also a second enclosed balcony off the master bedroom where you can enjoy the views and sounds. Additionally, there is an amazing view of the bay from the second and third bedrooms. Most importantly, you leave your unit, pass the great pool and you are on the beach. Right next door is the Clarion which is great since it has an outdoor pool, outdoor eating and entertainment and indoor eating (bar and restaurant). There is Free wireless wifi. Bedding and towels are NOT included (only pillows).

It is also across the street from water sports,restaurants,shopping and few blocks from convention center. 24 hour security! The condo is also a short drive to Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park and assategue island,raceway,racetrack,casino, skate boarding, boardwalk, and several signature golf courses, and name brand outlets, The condo includes a magnificently decorated lobby with high soaring ceilings and meeting rooms.It has a fully equipped state of the art exercise gym overlooking the indoor and outdoor heated pool . Business and conference center 8 blocks away.. it is also on the 3 rd floor so you can see and hear the waves and avoid the wind. It also feels safer for young children . DON'T MISS OUT ON THE GATEWAY EXPERIENCE !!!! The gateway will charge you a separate $136 renters fee. You may use a credit card if desired
