This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a ban from the platform.brbr7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.brbr8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. brbr9. If the space is left excessively dirty, $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Trash is picked up on Friday, recycling on Friday. brbr17. All of our TV`s are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know no earlier than a few days prior to your reservation date, and we will determine if it`s possible. We are unable to confirm early check-in (or late check-out) requests for future dates. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate.
